I think that these six images all show lines very clearly. They all include lines which are bold and straight, and all of the photographers have made sure the lines are the main focus of the shot. My favourite picture from these six is the picture of the sea and the wooden pier. I like it because there is not much going in the photograph and the background is simple and plain which causes the eye to draw to the pier. I also like the positioning of the pier in the photo and how it is off centre. the lines are made clear and contrast with the pale wood which really makes them stand out. In all of the pictures the lines stand out due to contrast, and in more or less all of the photos the lines take up most of the space in the shot.
