I think my photography skills have improved quite a lot over the past few months. I have learnt a lot about the different formal elements and print techniques as well as learning about different photographers and adapting my style to imitate theirs. I have also experienced new shoots such as the Mapplethorpe shoots and the photography walks which I have enjoyed as they are different to what I have previously done in photography and allow me to take a different kinds of photos. I really enjoy doing physical experiments as it allows me to be even more creative and artistic. Recently I have learnt a lot about composition, so the photography I have done in the last few weeks is some of my best photography.
I have found photography quite a lot of work but still manageable. Sometimes I find myself falling behind due to the amount, but not massively. For now I have managed to catch up with the work quite well by doing some shoots outside of school, so I am not too worried about meeting the deadline in 2 weeks.
